california living will information
I live in California and I am pregnant and soon will go on maternity leave. What am I covered under law?

I work for a CA firm with fewer than 10 employees in total. That all programs and laws I am covered under? Is it only qualifies for PDL and PFL, or am I missing something? I am also very confused because I read, start PDL 4 weeks before the scheduled date and continues for 6 weeks, is that correct? What happens if I start later, after 4 weeks before delivery? Also, I heard from my spouse can apply for PFL (bonding time?) But I have found no information online about it. When going to ask this after the baby is born? I worked for 2 years. Also, I know that my employer does not cover vacation time without pay. I more concerned about: How much total time you can remove the disabled? And pay what I, a single state?

Only the FMLA. Only if you worked for one year or more. They do not have to pay, only to be forced back to work when finished. And he has not even be the same job, only a job. God bless America.

This timeless Dr. Seuss classic was first published in 1960, and has been delighting readers ever since. He tries every manner of presentation with this “nouveau cuisine”–in a house, with a mouse, in a box, …
