Colorado Living Will Statutes
orders expire ????????
My brother was wanted for the last several years for kidnapping, contempt of court and I think theft. But one way or everyone in my family had convinced him that if police avoided for 7 years statute of limitations that their orders expire. I told him only to start the car and take care of it because the terms have no expiration date, but he did not believe me. My family is right or am I wrong? We live in Colorado if that makes a difference.
