WHERE CAN I FIND A JOB WITH A FELONY IN TEXAS? IS THERE ANY PROFESSION IN WHICH I CAN GET CERTIFIED?

I live in Dallas and I got a felony for unemployment fraud. I recieved 1 too many checks during a particularly rough time in my life. I did it. I admitted to it. I was willing to pay the money back but… Instead of them garnishing my checks or SOMETHING they decided to make an example of me. Ive had pretty decent jobs when employed but, now, my work experience means nothing and neither does my knowledge or expertise in my field. I am extremely frustrated and am out of ideas. I can’t even support myself. How does one expect you to survive when all power has been stripped from you forever for 1 mistake that you’ve already paid for? I served my 3 months in the county jail. I didn’t even go to prison. Im not a hardened criminal. I paid for what I did. Why can I not get on with my life? Please if any one can shed some light please answer this question. Or if you have any leads on where I might find employment please enlighten me.

Is there any way you could go into business for yourself? If you are your own employer then you don’t have to worry about getting hired. Of course, if you do anything that requires financial investment, then you will have to deal with banks or whoever is your source of capital.

You are what you think… Everything you do in life is determined by the quality of your thinking. If you aren’t thinking clearly, you’re at the mercy of everyone else-from dishonest politicians to aggressive, stop-at-nothing ad agencies. Unfortunately, many people never give any thought to how they think. No wonder they’re susceptible to the frustration, pain, ineffectiveness, and financial loss …
