Which tax filing software is free for people who have foreign income?

I worked outside the U.S. in 2009 from Jan to Aug 22, 2009 in another country. Which tax filing software is free for people like me? I live in Florida so don’t have state taxes. Also, what forms will i need from my foreign employer to file my taxes for 2009 in U.S. I am a U.S. resident alien for tax purposes and the country where i worked has a tax treaty with U.S. to avoid double taxation.

None of the free versions will file Form 1116, Foreign tax Credit.
