Childsupport FREE?

Is it possible to get divorced and get away without paying child support, assuming that my wife and I agree to it? In other words, if she signs a document saying she takes full guardianship of the child and holds me free of any obligation, is that legal, will it hold up in court IF SHE CHANGES HER MIND? I live in Illinois, just in case this state has some crazy idiosyncratic law regarding childsupport.

Most of the time just sign an agreement saying “all matters concerning custody, visitation, and the support of the child has been mutually agreed upon by both parties , and they prefer to keep it out of the courts , but allow the record to show the mother will retain primary custody , IF SHE CHANGES HER MIND , and decides she wants support all she will have to do is inform the courts you failed in your duties as a dad ,and back to court you go , You can sign your rights away ,but could still be ordered support, all court documents can be modified at anytime by the courts…… and notarized letters do not mean nothing if the are not on file in the courts all a notary does it witness signatures in most family court matters, and no matter what is in writing it can be later contested and modified by her or the judge in the case , why not just be a real man ,and support your child..or do you just hate him that bad. and support can later be ordered if she ever goes on state assistance. so basically a signed document means nothing ,a notary signature is not much , a Family court order carries more weight, but can be modified under certain circumstances… so NO you are never 100% protected by a letter to neglect your child’s well being….
