Is there anyway I can leave my parents home legally in the state of California? I’m 17.?

I live at home with my parents and my 23 year old brother that won’t leave because he loves how everything is free. But he gives my parents a hard time and he doesn’t have a job.Hes spoiled and just asks money whenever he wants. He breaks all the rules and cusses at my parents and never helps out in anyway shape or form. But if you don’t help him with favors he throws a fit and gives you the silent treatment.I’m tired of my parents constantly forcing me to discipline him cuz they don’t have the heart to do it.They make me cook him food, fold his clothes, and clean and my parents never give me allowance nor will they let me get a job.
Now my parents are fed up and want to leave out of the country and hand over all the properties to my sisters. Is there anyway I could leave their house legally besides emancipation forms? I can’t stand it at home.

Nah you have to hold in there for 12 more months.
