free living will letter
Where do I find free information on frugal living or penny pinching?

I have been out from my job on disability since September 07. I received a letter today that said I was terminated for not returning to work. I can live without the paycheck but not the insurance. My husband makes too much for me to get assistance even though I am permanently disabled. So the thing is that I can get Cobra to cover me but it will be $400 a month that I don’t have now that I don’t have a job. I have been searching online trying to find ways to save money so that my family doesn’t suffer. I know I can save $400 a month but I don’t know where to start. I have heard about frugal living and stuff but I keep being asked to “PAY” to get the information. Anyone know where there might be free info? Any tricks or tips? Thanks
