can I serve free alcohol after 2 am in Oklahoma at a free private event?
Im interested in hosting a free private party. The party is RSVP only and will run from 12am to 5am. I will be providing free alcohol, food, and live entertainment. Is it legal to server alcohol (beer and Liquor) in Oklahoma City after 2am. It will be at a private venue I have rented for the evening.
Does the venue need certain requirements (commercial vs Residential?)
As long as the party is not noisy, you should be OK.
Call OCPD(police dept) and ask if there will be a problem.
The cops in OKC are not very party friendly.
