Need to fill out a last will and testament…?
Would filling out something like this form (at the link) constitute as legally binding? (Living in Wisconsin, if that helps).

I don’t think I should need to get a lawyer involved as I’m single and without children. Being that I’m in my 20’s I haven’t earned a big fortune yet.
I simply want to point out what to do with my remains and want to have some authority over my obituary (specifically, I don’t want one in the paper at all).
Advice would be great. Thanks.
The one concern I have is that some judge or authority figure might dispute the will, saying it was created without sound mind and judgement.
That would be fine. I would get it notarized when you sign it to have a legal witness to it. Put it in a safe place and let family know where it is kept.
Unless you have a history of mental problems, you have no worries.
