Georgia Living Will Guidelines

how do they enforce paternity testing for child support?
i have been trying to get a child support order for my daughter established. they did the paternity test on my daughter and i, yet the father has yet to be tested and the child support office doesn’t give me any information on it. is there guidelines to a time frame or something with this? i know we were tested 2 months ago!!! he lives in georgia and i live in nebraska, so can you please help me with this, as the office here will not assist me at all, i just get the run around. thanks.
I used to work in the Lincoln office and CSE unit are some top notch stuff. Ask for a supervisor. It is hard to track down the dads from a different state. Do as much footwork as you can! Find out where is lives, who he hangs with, his cell number. Get the names of family and friends and their addresses too. Check out with legal aid too. Anyway, it does take time for the test to come back—4-6 months. If is is found to be the baby daddy, then the next step will be setting up enforcement with him. If he does not, they can go after his paycheck, unemployment, tax refund and so on. It does take more time when the two parties are in two different states. Good Luck!
