I am 17 band in state custody. I am engaged and am being sent away from my fiancee. when I turn 18 can I just walk out of the group home I will be inand go get married or will my fiancee be charged with kidnapping. we live in alabama and the legal age to be married is 18 but your not legally an adult until your 19 here.
Wait till your older too get married, he can be charged with statuatary rape if you are underaged.
