Living Will Attorney Cost

Do court systems take housing, food, and cost of living allowances for child support?
My husband is Active Duty Army and we are stationed overseas in Korea. He is going through a child support/custody case and his Dad has power of attorney. Will they take child support just from his base pay or from all our allowances which we need to live here? I’ve heard they don’t from his friends in the military because the BAH and other allowances always change with the military but JAG says they can but it really depends on the court.
It depends on the court. Most courts that I know of look at the housing condition of the child and take that into consideration more than the father paying child support’s conditions.
