I have an outstanding warrant, in AZ. If I try to fly to OH, will I get arrested?
I am currently living in AZ and have an outstanding bench warrant since 08/2009 which was never served. I’m not sure what’s going on with it because they won’t tell me. My question is if I can fly to Ohio w/my 6 yr. old son to see my grandmother before she passes away. Or will I get arrested?
They probably won’t even know you are gone.
Best to get an attorney, and they will be able to find out what is going on. Did you not go to the party when invited? IE a summons, a traffic ticket, jury notice?
