Living Will Cases
Do you have a Medical Power of Attorney and a Living Will?
Part of the thing that was so hard about my daughter’s death is that I agonized over whether to pull her off the ventilator or not. In the end, I decided to let God decide, because I didn’t know what she would want and she couldn’t communicate with me.
I now have a Living Will and a Medical Power of Attorney (Two people should be used here in case you are in a car wreck with the person who is your POA, or predeceases you, or whatever).
I don’t care how old you are; death can come upon you suddenly and your relatives could be put in a situation where they don’t know what you would want, and even if they did, not have the power to get it done. These forms cover both of those scenarios.

No, not yet. There are “changes” in my life which I am waiting to have happen first… sounds foolish, but I’ll have to take my chances!
