Living Will Definition States

what is the definition of where you live?
I had an argument with someone about where I live. I am 18 years old. I say I live at my moms. I have all my stuff there, my mail goes there. Someone said that I was living with them. I will spend 2 or 3 days there then go to my moms and stay there a week, then go back to that house and spend 4-5 days. then go back to my moms for a week again. Sometimes I will be at my moms a little longer, sometimes at friends for a day or so longer. Depending if they want me to stay a couple more nights or not. I use to live there for a few months, so I get very very little mail there. I only bring a duffle bag of stuff there when I go. I buy groceries for my moms and for friends since there is never any food at friends and I like to eat. So the question is. Where would I say I live? My drivers license says I live in a different state because I haven’t gotten it changed yet like I should.
In a more casual conversation, I would say ‘I am at two separate addresses right now’. For legal accounts such as an employment application, I would state your Mother’s address.
I too split my time. But it’s between my own house and a girlfriend’s house. For any sort of official business, I cite my home as a contact place.
