Need legal help- Estate – Can I file my own forms with the court.?
My mother died and there are 7 kids youngest is 40,
There was no will ever made. No executors ever appointed
The house is a simple house not worth over 35K but there are a lot of memories there BUT one of the sisters is living there and could be selling off all of the old stuff – I heard that I can have an attorney file an administrative
Form for me under the courts can I do that work my self. In Texas thanks.
So I can stop the fighting and let all know that we all have a right to equally share in mom’s things
Go to a UPS store and see if they carry the blank legal forms for Texas. They do that in Nevada. Otherwise find a store that sells them. Get the proper packet and fill it in very carefully using the enclosed example as a guide. Take them to the courthouse and give them to a clerk to file.
I think this can be done without an attorney, and once the case comes before a Judge, your problems will be resolved.
