Living Will Format Document

Power of attorney from UK to someone in India?
Hi, I live in London and have planned to buy a house in India. can anyone tell me How to get Power of Attorney from Indian consulate in UK to my father-in-law who lives in India.
I have POA document in an email format, which I can print it out and the original POA has to be on Rs.200 Stamp paper (according to the ordinance in India). So does the Embassy get the POA done on a stamp paper, after which you sign the document? How does it work if I have to get POA on stamp paper but don’t have the stamp paper available?
If i print POA in plain paper and get it attested, how will this be transferred to stamp paper, if i send this plain paper to India.
Thanks in Advance…….
Since ur f-in-law stays in India, what u hv to do is to just print the POA on plain paper and sign it and notarise it (prefereable get it attested in the Indian high commision – they charge 15pounds) and send to ur f-i-l. he will sign on the same as accepted and get it stamped in the court here. once the same is stamped then it become valid.
