Living Will Forms Pennsylvania
Please help with going for my license?
Okay, a few things: i live in Pennsylvania
1) I am suppose to go take my license test Friday, the 16th of May. Something came up with my parents and neither or can take me, but my twenty (20) year-old brother can take me.
2) I am going to get the consent and certification form signed in front of a notary, but my mom has a concern: Does the person accompanying me to the License Center need to be 21, my brother will take me, but i don’t know if he’s not allowed to because he’s only 20.
Do i need someone who is 21 years or older to take me, even though my brother is 20 and has a license? Or is my mom right in saying the person who takes me needs to be 21. PLEASE, your help is really appreciated.
You must have a licensed driver over the age of 21 in the car with you when you have your permit. That would also apply to the person taking you for your test. They will check the persons license who brought you.Having a signed note from a notary will not make a difference. It is a state law.
You need someone over the age of 21 to take you for the test.
