Who has any experience with injured spouse tax forms?
me and my husband live in texas filed married jointly and the irs took a majority of our refund due to the fact i had some old unpaid student loans. i havent worked and am a stay at home mom and these debts were from before i met my husband. will filing this help us get our money back or am i screwed. i already set up a payment plan with the debt collectors and have been making payments on my debts. does it effect future tax refunds or look bad when you file taxes again
