Living Will Kit Staples
What is the best and cheapest way to make a will? Are those will kits from Staples any good? Please help me?
I live in Vancouver BC. I want to make a will for myself and I do not want to spend $300.00 Any suggestions?

I’m not sure what the requirements are in Canada, but here in the USA, in order for a will to be valid, the maker must be of “sound” mind and the will must be witnessed by 2 witnesses. You don’t have to go through an attorney or even purchase the kit from Staples. I think the forms are available on-line.
