Living Will Lawyers In Chicago

Immigration-I am sure my wife married me for a green card.?
I married a woman from the Philippines and she took off after four months. She has been gone for over a year and she is in Chicago.I live in Florida. I dont no what the Immigration will do to her. As I see it she needs to be in prison or made leave this country. It costed me almost twenty thousand dollars for a lawyer, visa, two years of paper work endless nights of no sleep doing this for her. I want to know if I can get her deported or can I. I am sure she only married me to come to the USA
I had to go to the philippines two times. her visa,to prove support, lawyer, k-1. K-3 as well,filed two times,her flight it is all money adds up.Her visa is a k-1 visa only. It was only good for two years. I have contacted the uscis several tiimes.
What type of Visa did she have when she came to the United States? What type of Green Card does she have?
If she came on an IR-1 Visa and got a permanent Green Card there’s nothing you can do. Absolutely nothing.
****************** ICE has NOTHING to do with her. Any questions about her status need to be directed to the USCIS, not ICE.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~Okay, great. She came on a K-1 so she’s toast. Divorce her, now. You don’t need to even know where she’s at to do it. Any divorce attorney can file it and serve her with a public notice in the paper. Once divorced send a true copy of the final decree to the USCIS with a letter, and her A-number explaining everything.
She can’t adjust status without being married to you. When the card expires she’ll just be another illegal alien.
