Living Will Legal Form Free

Question about how to bid a 5 year government job.?
I worked for a company who used to do a government job, they tried to take advantage of the prevailing wage and not pay me right. I quit and now I have my own license and am going to bid on the job, my problem is I have never done the paper work only the actual job. I don’t know how much to increase my bid for the different years, the contract will be for five years and I have to enclose all 5 years bid on the initial bid deadline. How much do you (by what percent is the legal and right amount to raise cost of living etc. for each year.) Is there a free site for forms to type the bids on. If I am working for a Army base etc. Do I need to send in for State and Fed income tax or is it exempt from either? I don’t have to pay in any insurance fees because I am the sole employee right.
Bidding on government work can be profitable, but the compliance issues are a real hassle. Concerning the fees, I’d keep them flat (I always do).
Now, for the bidding requirements:
- Get a copy of the Invitation to Bid (“ITB”) or the Request for Proposal (“RFP”)
- Read everything in the ITB or RFP
- Make sure you can comply with all requirements (e.g., licenses, insurance, etc.)
- Obtain a DUNS number. (It’s free and easy, but you must have one.)
- Obtain any required forms directly from the Purchasing Agent of the government entity responsible for issuing the ITB or RFP.
- Answer all questions completely.
- Submit your bid or proposal on time. They will not accept late bids.
- Submit your bid or proposal according to the instructions (7 bound copies plus one on a CD, etc.)
