This form is called a I-130. You put a petition for him to come to the united states. First you click on the words that say ‘Download I-130′ and fill it out. once you’ve filled it out, you can print it.

When applying for this after you’re sent to get your fingerprints taken you’ll be given a book to study and i suggest you study it well because your knowledge of this is whats going to get you to becoming a citizen. Its just some basic civic questions. And also how well you can read and write english.
