Where to find skilled personnel to work for free to become part owner when site is up and running?
Looking for individuals skilled in the many facets of technology to form a partnership/company sharing their skills with each other. The goal is to continue with the site that will generate millions in AD revenue over the next year and grow as new businesses come aboard. The concept and idea is simple, the marketing is a nightmare. The other goal is to pool everyone ( 5 to 6 people ) to add expertise as a group. Costs are always a big factor when getting started and this is one of the reasons this approach is being taken at this time. Time and constructive team work can sometimes over power the need for large sums of up-front monies to launch a new business, although cash makes it easier.
