I was i an auto accident………….?
I was in a car accident and i am not sure if the persons that hit me have insurance. the ER doc that treated me told me that there is a city fund that will help me with the expenses. I have no clue even where to begin with that. if you live in Ohio and know what im talking about i would like some help with this.
Who do i do this report thru the city to get some financial help with all of this. I was hurt and so was my bf. My kids were also in the car (they weren’t hurt). i was not at fault at all. i was hit from behind. i just really need to know how to go about getting this money from the city
i dont have any insurance and someone was at fault . one of the lady that hit me was on her cell phone not paying attention.

Then you talk about the ER, so I assume there was an ambulance and police on the scene. Go and get the copy of the accident report. It will have all the information you need on it, including the other persons insurance information if they were covered.
Make a copy, and contact your own insurance. They will be able to help you in collecting your expenses back.
If by chance the at fault party didn’t have insurance, then you use your uninsured motorist coverage. You do have that coverage don’t you? Everyone should.
