Living Will Pennsylvania Forms
How can I determine which state would be better to incorporate in? MI, FL, or PA?
I am breaking off from the company I currently work for and am taking a few of their top employees with me to start our own company in the same industry. Because I am going to have these other partners with me we will have the ability to form our LLC in either Michigan, Florida, or Pennsylvania since all of us reside in those respective states. I’ve done some research on where to incorporate and the only piece of advice I can find is to incorporate in the state you live in/do business from. The company that were starting may be based in one of these three states (mi, fl, pa) but its a nationwide business.
So, does anyone know of which state would be best to incorporate in? Tax breaks, etc?
You can incorporate in any state. Nevada has very favorable tax regulations. HOWEVER, if you actually conduct your business in another state after incorporating in NV, you must domesticate your entity there. As a result, you’ve lost your tax advantage. Best to consult a tax expert who can properly guide you. A wrong decision could be very costly to you personally!
