If I get my temps in one state, will they apply in another?

Also, will my hours of practice carry over? I’m fifteen and a half and living in Ohio; I want to get my temps, but I may be moving to California later this year. Should I just wait until I move to apply for my temps?

Temps are temparory. Once you move you’ll need to get a permit in CA.
