What age can a minor child choose to live with the non custodial parent in California?
My son will be 15 in December. his mom and I live about 18 miles apart. He attends a private high school that is approximately equidistant from both parents homes. he has an older brother who is 17 1/2 and a younger brother from a different Dad who is 5. He wishes to move to his dads house because in his words ” I want some consistency”
