How do I move out of state?

A little back ground: My husband and I are students at a local community college and I am currently working part time…we manage our finances well, but our funds are limited. We plan on saving money of course (so no need to mention that because it’s obvious). I have heard stories of people living in their cars, living in a church etc. We want to move to Raleigh, NC from OH, and if we could we would leave everything and go this second but that’s not realistic.

Is there any websites that can help or blogs? I need to know if there is some type of program in NC that will help us with the transfer or moving state to state guides including inexpensive temporary housing.

My plan was to take the bus to NC, move into a motel for 3 months and look for a job and send for my husband but our 5,000 (2 years of saving) goal is going to go fast in 3 months.

Any tips, websites or experiences that you have had or know?

I moved from Ohio a year and a half ago I have no regrets. You guys sounds like you are doing all right, so I’m not sure why you want to move until your both done with college. Or maybe one of your are, you didn’t really say. So this is what I did when I moved from Ohio I sold my car we had two at the time. I stayed at a motel that went by bi-weekly or month to month. It was called battlefield apt’s or something like that. Anyway it was like 300 a month a small mom and pop motel. So look for one of those privately owned that people actually live in instead of staying in from week to week. It was real small nothing special no fridge or microwave or anything. These kinds of motels are about everywhere. That’s about all you can do or check the area newspaper for where you want to move and look for a cheap 1 bedroom place or studio apt. Or even look for a place that rents out rooms. Here is the thing with renting a room sometimes they cost more than just getting an apt. Don’t use up your 5 grand. Stay at some mom and pop motel that’s cheap rates for a month, not some brand name hotel or motel. Limit your resources eat cold meat sandwiches and such while your there looking for a job. Girl let me tell you When I moved from Ohio and was staying at battlefield, I went to Aldi’s spent 55 bucks and go me enough stuff to last me for awhile. where I live now does not have one so not sure where you want to go does either. Here is another idea once you get out there before you send for your husband is he working to? If not maybe even working at McDonald’s or taco bell or something would be a big help. There not a whole lot you can do it’s really a leap of faith. You just got to do it and have faith it will all work out.

Dick Gear is a hit, reaching the top of multiple best seller lists with explicit books that defy categorization. Critics have called his work “trash,” “horrible,” and “among the worst pieces of literature ever written.” Those are the good reviews! And now, for the first time, you can read four hysterically twisted, perverse novellas all in one place. USED brings you four tales from the master of sm…

From Publishers Weekly Psychotherapist Gray (What You Feel You Can Heal) adds to the growing number of self-help books that assess marital and relationship problems in terms of distinct and pervasive gender differences. Unfortunately, his overuse of gimmicky, often silly analogies and metaphors makes his otherwise down-to-earth guide hard to take seriously. Here Martians (men) play Mr. Fix-It whil…
