I AM THINKING ABOUT GETTING A TATTOO… is it legal?
i am thinking about getting a tattoo but i am going to need help with the specifics…
i am 17 and live in North Carolina… i want to get a tattoo on my left forearm and my father is willing to sign for it because i am under 18.
i don’t know if North Carolina law prohibits it or not…
can someone look into it and get back to me!?
