Ohio Living Will Documents

I am graduated from high school can i get an apartment/be emancipated?
I have early graduation and am graduating at 16. I will have my diploma and i live in Ohio. My parents and I are constantly fighting and i would like to move out and get an appartment while i work. I have a certification in Nursing Aid so it should be to hard to find a job. Since i have a high school diploma does this mean i am emancipated (all i am worried about is getting an apartment). I plan on working for a year and at 17 applying for college. Can you help me find links and documents in order to make it official and for me to be on my own.
could anyone give me ideas of where to go from here. i want to move out and get on with it. I am graduated and do not wish to spend another 2 years of my life in this home wasting away my life. ANY IDEAS??
If the landlord is sharp, he will not let you sign a lease agreement, since it can’t be enforced against you (under 18).
To be emancipated, you would need to petition the court in your state. State laws vary widely, but basically that will look at some variation of can you support yourself, are you mature enough, and is it in your best interest.
If your parents are OK with the idea, there isn’t a problem (the “sharp” landlord would have them sign the lease).
