Does anyone know anything about trailer homes in Ohio?

I looked on a site that says rent 380 a month .. property tax maybe 8 bucks but it doesn’t say anything about heat, electric or water.. does that include in the rent? How do i get into the process of living in one? I’m new to this and never thought about a trailer home until my boyfriend says its cheaper than apartments. Any information will help. Thanks.

Each rental agreement is different. YOu need to call the renting agency or individual. It can or might not include utilities. Just like an apartment; some with, some without.
