Pennsylvania Living Will Law
will i legally be able to purchase a gun?
i am reposting this question because i forgot to say where i live the last time i posted which is philadelphia pennsylvania….when i file for a state background check i come back clean but i got locked up for a gun charge when i was sixteen…but my mom knew the judge and i plead no contest which isnt the same as pleading guilty and since the judge knew my mom he didnt adjudicate me delinquint so if anyone knows law can you answer this?
Not sure how DOJ works in Penn, but here in California (very anti-gun state), if it was taken completely off your record, then you are good to go. But if something is still on your record, then probably not. The best thing to do is to contact Pennsylvania DOJ. The restrictions will vary from state to state. Or, actually, I should say the restrictions will vary from California and NY, from the rest of the country lol.
