Tenant rights in Pennsylvania: Privacy invaded?

The maintenance manager of the complex I live in comes in when he pleases, without making me aware sometimes, or on the wrong day as the notice, or leaving the 24 hour notice at the door on the way out.

I have 2 children on the weekends that are explosions in motion… they will drop stuff on the carpet or touch the walls with chicken greased hands before I can get to them.

These things have been marked as Destruction of Property in my file. On me, by that maintenance manager.

I’ve had my stuff rifled through and at least one search done for files on my computer while I was gone. But that can’t be proven or substantiated.

Leaving with a ‘24-hour notice’ on the way out, I’ve been written up for a Counter-Top Dishwasher as Unauth. Device, Destruction of Prop (again), and more with a report that they would inspect May 12th and monthly to determine an eviction.

What are my rights?

Tenant’s have them and these guys are ignoring them. How do I fight?
