Dominican Cake (Biscocho Dominicano) needed for birthday?
I live in CT and I know NYC is huge in dominican cakes. I am looking for someone who makes good traditional dominican cakes in Connecticut. The cake is for a party in Stamford, but I am willing to pick up. Please help? Looking to sample.
I tried looking around for you, but that’s going to be difficult. The only thing I could recommend is going into a local bakery that you like & taking a recipe for Biscocho Dominicano & asking if they can do it. If not, move to the next one. Living in Connecticut, you’ll eventually find someone that’s willing to do it. You just might have to travel off the beaten path a bit. Good Luck!!
