Sample Living Will Documents

How do I make a trial exhibit? I am the Plaintiff?
How do I make a trial exhibit? I am the Plaintiff?
I have a Cival lawsuit trial coming up.
I want a sample or illustration on how to make exibits and how to identify them with a sticker.
I was told from an attorney that you have to make a cover letter for the exhibits.
Do I letter them or number them? I have all the proof of documents I need. I live in Michigan.
I never went to a trial and dont know how to set up these documents
Every attorney says they want up to $1,500. They are not even a gaurantee they all said.
I will be representing myself. Please HELP.
Maybe with an illustration or websites with samples of Michigan Law.
Thank you all.
Apparently you don’t like the answers you are getting, because I answered this for you already. The point people are trying to make is that we can’t teach you how to try your case. We went to three years of law school to learn that, and have had years of practice where we learned.
The exhibits themselves, how they are marked, is not a big deal. I have no clue why in the world you would need a cover letter. I never heard of such a thing.
You don’t even need stickers. You can neatly print “Exhibit P-1″, “Exhibit P-2″, etc. on each document. I always use numbers, some people use letters. It really doesn’t matter, so long as you have a “P” on there to make it clear it’s a plaintiff’s exhibit, and as long as each one has a different number or letter.
Concentrate on the rest of the case and quit stressing over marking the exhibits. If worse comes to worst the court clerk or stenographer will mark them for you.
