Please help me fix this plot up!?
THE PLOT:
At first glance, Annie Brown looked like your regular teenager. Except for the fact that she was a fifteen-year-old jailbird in a 1948 Tennessee woman prison. Her case? The robbing of a local bank. Though when
Annie gets a letter from her father in Mississippi longing for her to come live with him, Annie longs to escape the prision, banding together with many of her fellow inmates, she plans to escape the prison, even if she does fear the consquenses.
Whoever can fix it up, make it more appealing and put a kinda story to it, and also give me some introduction ideas and samples will get a 5 star best answer.
Put together more background information on how she ended up in prison. What led to her leaving her parents and what estranged her from her father. What happened to her mother? Was she a willing member of the group that robbed the bank, did she do it alone? what was behind the robbery. Why would she even think that escaping would be an option since that will make a wanted woman all over again?
What does her father do? is he healthy or ill? wealthy or poor? did he remarry? have other children? I am guessing if her wrote her then he knows she’s in prison so is it a heavy issue between them?
Start your story with the letter from her father in which he says he wants her to come stay with him. Then flashback to when she left home (did they fight, was he divorced from Mom and mom have custody) Then slowly bring to story upto her and the robbery. Finish the story either with your breakout (cause it would be ruined if she was hunted at the end of the story) or her getting parole/pardoned. Or her just writing to her Dad and saying OK pop when I get out of here I’d love to come stay with you.
