Where can I get a FREE form for Advanced Medical Directive (Michigan)?
I can’t afford a lawyer right now. Can you point me to where I can get a free form regarding a Health Care Directive to Physician (Living Will) for the state of Michigan ?

However, I have to recommend two things. First, a health care POWER OF ATTORNEY is superior to a “living will” for many reasons. Second, because the public lacks the background to do a really good living will or such, I strongly recommend obtaining a copy of Michael J Laurence’s

You’ll also see documentation of the fact that a living will may or may not really be followed–a lot of docs know their patients didn’t understand the letter of what they signed–it can be a nightmare.
